Remington Slugger Rifled Slug is a five-round box of 12 gauge, 3-inch shells with a 1-ounce lead rifled slug. The supplier lists a muzzle velocity of 1,760 feet per second and 3,005 foot-pounds of muzzle energy. The item is listed as new.

A Montana hunter with a 12 gauge shotgun who wants a slug load gets a full-power shell in a five-round box. The supplier describes the load for big-game use and a flatter trajectory than standard slug loads, and it calls the 3-inch shell a full-power hunting load. The five-round box suits a hunting trip or a range evaluation. The supplier also notes these rounds are designed for slug-only hunting areas, so the hunter should check the rules for any area planned. The rounds are listed as new and sold five to a box.
